Members have access to our Published Awards service which provides an insight into previous disputes arising from trade conducted under FOSFA terms. The database is a valuable training resource and reference tool for traders, execution department staff, case handlers and individuals who are thinking of becoming arbitrators. They cover a wide range of issues such as demurrage, force majeure, quality and condition and non-fulfilment claims.
The database contains nearly 500 awards, including second tier (appeal) outcomes.
