FOSFA members receive access to the FOSFA Manual. The Manual consists of six sections that provide the information needed to facilitate trade using our contracts, as well as the procedures and rules for an impartial resolution service, should a dispute arise.

We regularly update the Manual when changes in contract terms and rules apply. Members and non-members can subscribe to our amendment service, for an annual charge. They will then receive electronic updates of relevant changes. View our price list for current costs.
Amendments to contracts and rules are discussed, recommended and determined by members of our elected Council and specialist committees. Members who would like to be involved in this procedure are welcome to put themselves forward to join one of the committees.
