Our Directory of Arbitrators lists those available to actively provide arbitration services for first tier dispute resolutions.Â
By clicking on the name of an arbitrator, you will be able to see their contact details and learn more about their background and trade representation activities to assist with selection and appointment. We regularly update the contact details of arbitrators to ensure our member community has access to the correct information, and we annually review qualifications and performances.Â

As per the Rules and Regulations of the Federation, representatives of Trading, Full Broker and Full Non-Trading member companies are eligible to act as arbitrators, as long as they are under the age of 75 and are active in the trade. All arbitrators abide by The Code of Practice for Arbitrators, attend periodic training opportunities and have at least 10 years’ experience in the trade.Â
Those wishing to act as arbitrators and be listed in our Directory of Arbitrators should contact us. Their application will be forwarded to the Federation’s Chief Executive for review.
