Using knowledge and expertise to constantly improve
We are always looking at ways to improve and modernise our governance systems, processes and communications. We seek expert advice, information, guidance and direction from all trade representatives – producers and processors, shippers and dealers, traders, brokers and agents, superintendents, analysts, shipowners and arbitrators – who serve on our committees.
To do this we have and will continually:
- Help onboard new members to serve on our committees and attract interest from potential newcomers
- Liaise with committee members to learn and share information about their knowledge, skills and areas of expertise
- Use technology to expand involvement and enable a wider geographical representation on committees
- Ensure our committees are made up of representatives from all parts of the supply chain
