The recording of fees and expenses
As stipulated under the Fees section of The Code of Practice for Arbitrators, all arbitrators must keep a written record of their fees and case related expenses using our Arbitrator Time Sheet. Fees are calculated on the basis of time reasonably spent while assessing the case.
The form must be shared with the FOSFA Secretariat. As each party in an arbitration is liable for all the fees and expenses incurred, settlement will be made once the case has been resolved. Should a case become protracted and incurs significant workload, we can arrange an interim payment.
