- Online Courses
Welcome to FOSFA TradeBytes
FOSFA International is delighted to introduce you to the first in a growing series of professional development learning online courses aimed at enhancing your knowledge of oilseeds, oils and fats international commodity trading and transportation.
These courses will help to equip you with the necessary knowledge to work more effectively within your organisation and the wider trading community.
These courses will be available through our NEW Education Hub Platform in which members will need to pre-register prior to purchasing any courses in order to gain access to member-discounted prices.

Course Format
FOSFA TradeBytes courses can be
completed by FOSFA members or
non-members.
As a FOSFA member, to be able to get the member rate discount you will need to ensure you have registered here to receive your log in details.
Those FOSFA members who directly access the platform and register themselves may not have access to the member rate and will need to contact fosfa.education@fosfa.org to amend your portal settings.
Each course is a “byte”-sized course that takes approximately an hour to complete and access to content is granted for 12 weeks per course.
Courses are available for participants to complete on any device, 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world. All content required to complete the course is included.
The start of each course explains the learning outcomes you can expect after successfully completing the course. Knowledge checks appear during each course to confirm your understanding of the content as you work through the course and conclude with a multiple-choice assessment, which is graded.
To successfully pass each course, you must score a minimum of 80% correct answers. You will have 3 chances to pass the end of course assignment. If you fail all 3, then you have failed the course overall. If you want to gain a certificate for this course, you will need to re-purchase the course again.
Please contact fosfa.education@fosfa.org to arrange a resit or repurchase of the course.
Participants who pass the assessment receive a FOSFA International TradeBytes electronic Certificate of Achievement.
Pricing
Each course must be paid for in advance via credit or debit card.
